Přestože jsem si z loňské hospitalizace na klinice odvezl dobrý dojem, po dalším roce dojíždění na ambulanci k MUDr. Pichlíkové se bohužel musím připojit k pacientům, kteří byli nespokojeni s chováním některého z lékařů kliniky. Velmi dlouhé (někdy i více než 3hodinové) čekací doby či přítomnost hloučku chichotajících se mediček při choulostivých vyšetřeních pro mě sice byly nepříjemné, ale snažil jsem se je brát s nadhledem, neboť to k fakultním nemocnicím asi patří. Co však bylo horší, byl postupně sílící pocit, že svými potížemi (recidivující IMC) dr. Pichlíkovou jen obtěžuji. Vše vyvrcholilo v uplynulých týdnech. Při tel. rozhovoru po posledním vyšetření pí dr. uvedla, že všechny výsledky už jsou k dispozici a všechny jsou v normě, a tudíž žádné léky nejsou potřeba, a ve zprávě z téhož dne rovněž uvedla, že vše je negativní a že mám přijít na kontrolu za půl roku. Záhy se ale ukázalo, že skutečnost byla zcela jiná – zmíněné výsledky prokázaly další silnou infekci. A ta by zůstala půl roku neléčena, kdybych se s prosbou o radu po pár dnech neobrátil na MUDr. Zámečníka, Ph.D., FEBU. Nyní dr. Pichlíková tuto skutečnost popírá s tím, že mi recept na ATB sama IHNED poslala. Je vskutku zvláštní, že recept byl napsán až týden (!) poté, co výsledky byly prokazatelně k dispozici, a zrovna v ten den, kdy se o můj případ začal po mojí prosbě zajímat dr. Zámečník. Navíc mi dr. Pichlíková napsala, že můj stávající stav už nevyžaduje léčbu na klinice a že se mám obrátit na urologii v místě bydliště. Ukončení spolupráce mezi lékařem a pacientem je při ztrátě důvěry jistě v pořádku, pochybuji však, že dr. Pichlíková má právo vyhodit mě z celé kliniky. Vždyť možnost volby lékaře a zdravotnického zařízení je jedním ze základních, zákonem garantovaných práv pacienta. Osobně bych rád na kliniku chodil dále, samozřejmě k jinému lékaři.
